To reduce the spread of COVID-19, most couriers are defaulting to Authority to Leave (ATL). This means that your delivery may be left in a safe place without requiring a physical signature.
Due to extended COVID-19 lockdowns across New South Wales and high parcel volumes impacting parts of our operations, customers may experience delivery delays in some parts of the state by up to 5 days.
