1. How quickly can I get my order

From order to dispatch typically takes 5 business days (7 business days during peak periods) and then add freight time across Australia. But if you are in an urgent hurry, we can produce chocolates in just 3 business days (5 business days during peak periods) if the need is very urgent (rush charge will will apply). Very large orders may take longer.

2. What are the minimum order quantities?

You won't believe this - while we can handle orders of 10,000+, we also cater for those smaller events with our minimums being at an industry low. For example you can order just 12 chocolate bars, 50 mini chocolates or 20 lolly bags. Minimums vary from product to product and All products have their minimum order quantity displayed on their product page.

3. Can you match my brand colors?

Yes! You can have our graphic designers create a design just for your brand (for FREE!!) or you can have your own inhouse designers create the wrapper instead and then send it to us. Feel free to request a template for your graphic designers to work from.

4. What are the packaging options?

You want packaging options? Well, we HAVE packaging options! In the past year alone we have created over 30 box varieties, we offer all of our confectionery in bag options, and we have other creative packaging ideas such as tins, jars, test tubes, PVC tubes and more. If you can't see the packaging option you need, just ask. We'll either build it ourselves or source it for you at a great price.

5. Are there vegan or allergy-friendly options?

Absolutely, every product on our website hs both ingredients information and allergen information. We also have dedicated pages you can shop by for vegan-friendly, gluten-free, Halal-suitable and Kosher-certified which you can view here.

6. How much does personalization cost?

We know that a lot of promotional product companies charge an artwork setup fee. We don't. The price of the product you see on our website is the price that you will pay (plus shipping).

7. What customization options are available?

Some customers are used to rigid websites that only allow certain changes. We are a lot more flexible than that. We can add logos, change colours, add text, remove text, add QR codes, promo codes, insert winning tickets and much more. Some of these options cost extra (adding tickets) but most don't cost anything at all.  On every product page, we specify how each product can be customised under the "What can I put on my personalised...." section of each product page.

8. How long do the chocolates stay fresh?

Our typical shelf life of chocolates are 6 months, but some products we can get up to 12 months upon request. Other items such as popcorn and fortune cookies have shorter shelf lives of approx. 3 months. For your peace of mind, the minimum shelf life of each product we provide is specified on each product page.

9. Can I see samples before ordering?

Yes! All clients receive a proof prior to production to ensure you are happy with the design and spelling. Your first proof will be sent via email within 1-2 business days and any rework requests will be sent the following business day. We are often filtered as junk/spam so be sure to keep an eye on these inboxes too. We are happy to do a number of proofs if required, to make sure you are happy with the design. Once we receive your approval we swing into production.

Please note that changes to a design after we have received approval and gone to print may incur a re-printing charge.

10. What is the delivery process like?

Shipping is generally 1-3 business days once dispatched - deliveries to metro areas is often 1 business day during non-peak times. The closer your delivery address is to a metro area, the faster it will arrive (in most cases.) Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. How fast we dispatch your order will depend on which production method you select at checkout.

11. Can we order different designs in one batch?

Yes, as long as each design meets the product minimum, then you can order as many designs as you want. For example, if you want two different designs on our mini chocolates, you would need to order two lots of 50 mini chocolates, 100 in total.

12. How do I place a bulk order?

You can either put the order through the website yourself or you can contact our sales team on 03 9039 5350 (press option 1) and they'll put together a quote for you.

13. Can we get a discount for large orders?

Yes, we certainly do. Our bulk discounts vary depending on the product you are ordering and work on a sliding scale from there. Contact us to find out what discounts we can arrange for you.

14. My event is not for a few months - can I select a shipping date later in the year?

Yes! Once you proceed to checkout you will have the option to select a delayed dispatch date for your order. Here you can select when you would like your order shipped (allow 1-3 business days for delivery once shipped) and can enter your event date, in case we need to amend the dispatch date on our end for your order.

15. I can't see a design I like, can I get you to create a design for me from scratch?

Yes! Nobody else in our industry does this - we offer FREE artwork mockups for our clients who don't have a design. Just tell us what design you are thinking of and we will take care of the rest. To order this kind of chocolate, use this link.

16. It's really hot at the moment, won't my chocolates melt in transit?

Not at all. We have developed a very clever system for shipping chocolates in 40+ degree temperatures to ensure your chocolates arrive in the best possible condition. In cases of extreme heat at the end of a week or before a public holiday, we may ask to delay dispatching your order to give it the best chance of arriving in the same condition it left our warehouse in.
