Great end of season gift
They did a fantastic designing a end of season netball thank you chocolates for the girls, the only sad thing was they loved it and didn't want to open it but they did who couldn't resist the chocolates inside, all the girls were super happy and grateful highly recommended

Very happy little girl!

Customer Service was really good. I made a call regarding about my artwork and they were just so friendly and responded to my enquiry basically right there and then. The quality of the product was also really good. Chocolate was also really delicious ! Would definitely recommend to family and friends !

Great customer service and great product!
Claire and the team were so helpful, from my initial questions, to the design and delivery. They were even able to delay production and deliver on a date closer to when we needed the product. Wedding planning can be a stressful time, but I felt I was in good hands with Chocablock and commented numerous times to my partner about how great their customer service was! I'll definitely be recommending to friends and family.

This is my second order of chocolates and just like the first time I am very impressed!!
This time I got my daughters 5th Birthday invites printed onto the chocolate! I sent the theme and colours i wanted to be used with all the details i wanted primted and was sent a mock up within the day that exceeded my expectations! Professional, Friendly, Efficent
I ordered 420 x 35g chocolate bars with personalized wrapping and with their rush shipping they arrived within 2 days as promised.
I then had to order 100 more and needed them the next day, with not even 24 hours noticed, they were ready the next day for collection earlier than anticipated.
Would highly recommend these guys, Claire when speaking on the phone was very helpful and friendly and would definitely use them again.

Returns Policy
If you find your products to be damaged in transit, you may return the unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping Methods and CostsAs the products we send are perishable, all orders are dispatched the fastest possible method. This means that we may use different shipping services to send parcels – Australia Post, Courier’s Please, TNT, etc. This is done to ensure orders arrive in a timely fashion and allows us to keep our shipping charges as low as possible. The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and is dependent on the amount of products ordered, their weight and destination, as well as how fast you would like your order produced. Our flat rate charges apply to domestic orders only. Corporate orders will require a freight quote.

If you would like your order to be moved to the head of the queue for processing, you may select this when choosing your shipping in the checkout. There is an additional charge for this service. The time-frame for shipping is still the same as a regular order however it will be on its way to you sooner than the regular processing time. Please note that at very busy times, rush options may not be available.
Pick Up InformationIf you have opted to pick-up your order, it will be ready for collection by the dispatch date selected at checkout. Our address is 15/489a Warrigal Road, Moorabbin VIC 3189 and our warehouse hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. It is your responsibility to ensure your order is collected in time for your event. Not collecting your order does not make the order eligible for a refund.
Shipping DelaysWithin Australia, most orders should not take longer than 1-4 business days to arrive once dispatched from our warehouse. We recommend contacting the shipping company directly for updates once your order has been shipped, and contacting us when advised by them to avoid unnecessary delays.
Please understand that while we always make good on our promise of when we will dispatch, we cannot control our courier companies. While express shipping and other methods are available to ensure speedy delivery, there is always the possibility of a delay beyond our control. Late arrival of goods does not entitle you to a refund. Arrival of goods after your event does not entitle you to a refund. Please ensure when ordering that you allow enough time from dispatch to when it arrives at your chosen address.
