I have to say, that in almost 40 years, of personal experience, in the customer service industry, I have never encoutnereda more professional, more efficient company such as Chocablock, or such exemplary service. Every little thing from the beginning was effortless. From the design inception stage, to the ordering, to the proofing & tweaking, & eventually, to the delivery of my order. I supplied my own design, but it needed a tweak & the chocablock artists did just an incredible job, that their version is much better than the original. I'm glad that I went with the chimmer finish in the end, because the final product was absolutely beautiful & looked much more expensive than it was. I cannot fault a single thing about my experience with Chocablock; even the receptionist at the warehouse was a doll, when I went to collect my goodies. These guys really have got the customer service thing perfected & I very much look forward to an excuse to order from them again, REAL SOON. Oops, almost forgot to mention the chocolate....in a word...YUM!!! Thank you team, for making our day just that little bit more special
I am so impressed with the timeliness, quality and service of this product! I can’t really think of another time I have ever been so impressed with a product! I designed my own and my mock up was done well before 24hrs had passed, and it was perfect first time around! The staff were brilliant and responsive and the product was ready for collection so quickly! The finished product was such a good quality! I don’t really want to give these away as wedding favours as they’re so good I want to keep them for myself!! I’m basically trying to think of another excuse to get more personalised chocolates... that’s how good they are!!

If you find our products to be damaged or not presented as agreed during the artwork approval process (e.g. misprinted following confirmation of artwork), you may return the unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please note that due to the current Coronavirus crisis, both Australia Post and our other nominated couriers are sometimes taking an extra day(s) beyond their standard delivery times to deliver parcels. The reason for this is due to new delivery procedures related to "contact-free" shipping as well as the dramatic increase in order volumes at this time. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
It is the discretion of the delivery driver if your parcel will be safe dropped at your property - if there is no safe place to leave the parcel it may be taken to a secondary location for collection. For more information, please see below.
As the products we send are perishable, all orders are dispatched the fastest possible method. This means that we may use different shipping services to send parcels – Australia Post, Courier’s Please, TNT, etc. This is done to ensure orders arrive in a timely fashion and allows us to keep our shipping charges as low as possible. The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and is dependent on the amount of products ordered, their weight and destination, as well as how fast you would like your order produced.

If you would like your order to be moved to the head of the queue for processing, you may select this when choosing your shipping in the checkout. There is an additional charge for this service. The time-frame for shipping is still the same as a regular order however it will be on its way to you sooner than the regular processing time.Pick Up Information
If you have opted to pick-up your order, it will be ready for collection by the dispatch date selected at checkout. Our address is 15/489a Warrigal Road, Moorabbin VIC 3189 and our warehouse hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. It is your responsibility to ensure your order is collected in time for your event. Not collecting your order does not make the order eligible for a refund.Shipping Delays
Within Australia, most orders should not take longer than 1-4 business days to arrive once dispatched from our warehouse. We recommend contacting the shipping company directly for updates once your order has been shipped, and contacting us when advised by them to avoid unnecessary delays.
Please understand that while we always make good on our promise of when we will dispatch, we cannot control our courier companies. While express shipping and other methods are available to ensure speedy delivery, there is always the possibility of a delay beyond our control. Late arrival of goods does not entitle you to a refund. Arrival of goods after your event does not entitle you to a refund. Please ensure when ordering that you allow enough time from dispatch to when it arrives at your chosen address.
