Decorate Your Wedding Chocolates Like Your House - Seriously!

Some of our brides come to us with a rough idea of what they want for their wedding chocolates, but lack a clear vision even though they have breezed through what seems like a thousand bridal magazines. They haven't been able to find that exact pattern, or the correct thread of lace or paper style and are concerned that they just might not get everything perfect for their wedding day.

If this sounds like you, never fear. A very simple solution is at hand.

Many wedding suppliers are very protective of their design secrets and like to only show a select portion of their portfolio in order to convince a potential customer that they are the right provider for them. Do you know who behaves in the exact opposite manner to this?

Architects & Interior Designers!

Seriously, every single architect and interior designer is almost tripping over themselves to show the world what they have done, so the world realises what they can do. And where are some of the greatest examples of their work? Well, you're in luck, because there is one website that showcases tens of thousands of examples of interiors, patterns, textures and more that will look fabulous on your wedding chocolates.

It is Houzz.com. For the uninitiated (and many of you brides won't start a renovation until after the wedding), Houzz.com allows you to search by room type or interior furnishing/finish and create ideabooks around your favourite styles. They also have one of the greatest iPad and iPhone apps you will ever have the pleasure of using - you can download it free in the App Store today (and yes, you Android-heads can also get it now in the Play Store).

So now you have a fabulous tool to source decoration ideas that you can then bring to us to reproduce one way or another on your wedding chocolates, and your also getting great ideas for that dream house you and your new hubby will soon be moving into, right?
