How Does Customisation Work?
Great question! Let's take our personalised after dinner chocolate mints as an example. All you have to do is tell us about your design idea and theme and then, depending on if you need a design created or not, you’ll either upload your design or upload some examples so we can work on one for you. Then you select your foil colour, and a shipping date (allowing a minimum of two days for production). There is also a “Further Info” field should you need to request any more changes. The next step is the proof; within one business day, we will send you a proof of your concept, once we get the go-ahead we’ll then start production for your product! We work with you every step of the way, that’s why our customers have given us a perfect 5/5 rating on Womo and Google!

Q : Can You Create a Wrapper to Match a Theme?
A : Yes! We are great at making wrappers to match any variety of theme you could think of; in fact, some of our customers have said we’ve designed the best chocolates to ever grace a party!
Q : How big are the Chocolate Bars?
A : For our Lindt bar products we offer a regular size, which is 35 grams, 11x5.5cms and then our large size, which is 100 grams and 19x8.5cms.
Q : How long does production usually take?
A : It depends on the size of the order, but we always recommend giving at least two business days for production expectations.
