Ecommerce Admin Superstar Wanted to Join Our Chocolate Family!

Date posted: 27 January 2026

Pay: A$60,000.00-A$65,000.00 per year

Job Description:

Are you ready to bring your nous and attention to detail to a fast-paced, fun-loving chocolate factory? We’re Chocablock, one of Australia's biggest names in branded confectionery, and we’re on the hunt for an admin all-rounder to join our fabulous team. If you have a flair for admin with a small dash of customer service added in, and can keep things running smoothly while having a laugh, we want YOU! This is an autonomous role - you won't have somebody looking over your shoulder all day, and while things can get crazy downstairs, you'll be calmly running things upstairs. While being able to deal with both customers and colleagues is important, being able to work alone is also a factor.

The Role:

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Location: Bayside, Moorabbin (yes, we’re conveniently located!)
  • Perks: Staff discount, opportunities for career growth in our continually growing business
  • Team: Join our amazing group of talented people who love kicking butt and taking names, and working together to create magic every day!

About Us: Chocablock is all about fun, creativity, and, of course, delicious personalised chocolates. We pride ourselves on being a constantly evolving business, and we’re looking for someone who is ready to dive in, get their hands a little chocolatey, and help us grow. We’ll provide full training for the right candidate, so no need to stress about being a chocolate expert just yet!

You’ll be working alongside our Production, Sales, and Art departments, and reporting directly to the Company Director and Artistic Director. This role is all about balancing top-notch customer service with a touch of admin magic.

Your Tasks Will Include:

  • Handling customer service calls, emails, and chats with a smile. Delighting our customers is your primary focus.
  • Managing product inventory with our in-house system (super easy to learn, we promise!)
  • Helping our Production and Graphic Design teams stay on track by completing various daily tasks
  • Operating machinery to print orders—this is the task everyone loves, and we’ll teach you all the tricks!
  • Coordinating with the Sales team to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch updates
  • Occasionally picking up stock from around the area.
  • Keeping our websites updated with the latest info.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1 year of admin experience—you're a pro at staying organised and creating systems
  • 1 years of customer service experience (and you’ve got to love talking to customers—good vibes all around!)
  • Excellent phone skills—you’ll be the voice of our friendly, award-winning business
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to juggle a bunch of tasks in a busy environment
  • Previous eCommerce experience is a major plus, but not a deal breaker.
  • Strong written communication and basic arithmetic skills
  • Excellent computer skills (don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything you need to know!)
  • A valid driver’s license to pick up stock (just occasionally!)
  • Somebody can hold the fort when managers are not around, somebody who is just as happy working solo as with a team.

What’s in It For You?

  • Be part of a motivated, fun-loving team who will support you every step of the way
  • An opportunity to grow your career with a rapidly expanding company
  • Have responsibilities that make you proud and are celebrated by the team.
  • A competitive salary of $60,000 to $65,000/year depending on experience.
  • A role that’s all about making an impact and keeping customers happy with our delivery and execution.

If you're ready to join the sweetest team in town, we can’t wait to hear from you. Apply now and let’s get this chocolate adventure started!
