Will you send me a proof of my artwork before you go to print?

Yes! All clients receive a proof prior to production to ensure you are happy with the design and spelling. Your first proof will be sent via email within 1-2 business days and any rework requests will be sent the following business day. We are often filtered as junk/spam so be sure to keep an eye on these inboxes too. We are happy to do a number of proofs if required, to make sure you are happy with the design. Once we receive your approval we swing into production.

Please note that changes to a design after we have received approval and gone to print may incur a re-printing charge.

I am having a themed party - can you create a chocolate to match?

Yes! Whatever the theme, we can create a chocolate wrapper to match. From heroes and villiins to 70s Retro parties, we have designed some of the greatest wrappers ever to grace a party.

Do you sell display stands so I can stand the chocolates up as placecards?

Yes! These stands are just an extra 15¢ per chocolate and come in either black or white and really finish off the presentation of your chocolates nicely. Note they are cardboard, not plastic, but can hold both our 35g bars and 100g bars (horizontally not vertically).

My event is not for a few months - can I select a shipping date later in the year?

Yes! Once you proceed to checkout you will have the option to select a delayed dispatch date for your order. Here you can select when you would like your order shipped (allow 1-3 business days for delivery once shipped) and can enter your event date, in case we need to amend the dispatch date on our end for your order.

How big are the chocolate bars?

With our Premium chocolate bar products, we have two sizes of chocolate for you to choose from. Our regular bar is a 35g Premium Belgium Chocolate bar that measures approx. 11cm by 5.5cm (in layman's terms, approx. the size of an iPhone 5). Our large bar is a 100g Chocolate bar that measures approx. 19cm by 8.5cm which is super impressive.

All other products have dimensions specified on their individual product pages.

What is the minimum order?

You won't believe this - while we can handle orders of 10,000+, we also cater for those smaller events with our minimum order being just 12 for chocolate bars. That's right, 12! Some smaller products such as mini chocolates and Hershey's Kisses have a minimum order of 100. All products hav their minimum order quantity displayed on their product page.

Can you match the chocolates to my invitation?

Yes! This is where we really excel. Our team of graphic designers can match a chocolate design to any invitation, flyer or even artwork you have seen elsewhere on the web. Obviously if you have a high quality PDF version of the invitation this makes our job easier, but if you don't, don't worry. We can create a close approximate version for you based off even a photograph of the invitation. Click here to request a free mockup.

Can you add coporate logos to these chocolates?

Yes! You can have our graphic designers create a design just for your brand (for Free!!!) or you can have your own inhouse designers create the wrapper instead and then send it to us. Feel free to request a template for your graphic designers to work from.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we certainly do. Our bulk discounts start at 100+ chocolate bars depending on the product you are ordering and work on a sliding scale from there. Contact us to find out what discounts we can arrange for you.

I can't see a design I like, can I get you to create a design for me from scratch?

Yes! Nobody else in our industry does this - we offer FREE artwork mockups for our clients who don't have a design. Just tell us what design you are thinking of and we will take care of the rest. To order this kind of chocolate, use this link.

It's really hot at the moment, won't my chocolates melt in transit?

Not at all. We have developed a very clever system for shipping chocolates in 40+ degree temperatures to ensure your chocolates arrive in the best possible condition. In cases of extreme heat at the end of a week or before a public holiday, we may ask to delay dispatching your order to give it the best chance of arriving in the same condition it left our warehouse in.

If your order is affected by the heat, please send photos to orders@chocablock.com.au with your order number and we will happily help you out.

How long does it take to ship to my door?

Shipping is generally 1-3 business days once dispatched as all orders are shipped using express post. The closer your delivery address is to a metro area, the faster it will arrive (in most cases.) Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. How fast we dispatch your order will depend on which production method you select at checkout. Production times are subject to change during peak times.

Can I submit my own design?

Yes! We know there are 1000's of clever clogs out there who like to create their own designs. Please ensure you send us the highest possible quality graphics when submitting your design. While EPS or PDF format is ideal we can also accept a high quality JPG if need be.

Can I add a photograph to my chocolates?

Yes! Just upload your photo while placing your order, or you can email it to us at design@chocablock.com.au.

How long does it take to produce my chocolates?

From order to dispatch typically takes 5 business days (7 business days during peak periods) as long as your feedback on our artwork proofs is forthcoming at a reasonable pace. But if you are in an urgent hurry, we can produce chocolates in just 3 business days (5 business days during peak periods) if the need is very urgent (rush charge will will apply). Very large orders may take longer.

Can I add individual names to each chocolate?

Yes, we have a facility to add placecard names to each and every chocolate you order for just an extra 50¢ per bar. You can place your order now (remembering to tick the option "Add Placecard Names" on the product) and when your guest list is finalised you can email that to us for production. Please send guestlists in Excel preferably.

Can I have the colour or wording of a design changed?

Of course! We're not some mechanical business that minimises choice - we're humans! So just ask for your colour change request, or text adjustment in the "Any Further Requests Or Info" field on the product page and we will make the changes when we send you an artwork proof.
